While we strive to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed our clients' expectations, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our coaching engagements. The effectiveness of our services depends on various factors, including but not limited to the client's engagement, implementation of learned strategies, and external market conditions.

4. Booking and Payment

Coaching engagements can be booked through our website, via email, or by phone. Upon booking, clients will receive a service agreement detailing the scope, duration, and fees for the coaching engagement. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement and may include upfront payment, installment plans, or other arrangements as agreed upon.

All fees are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees as detailed in the service agreement.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel coaching sessions according to the following terms:

• Rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice: No fee
• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice: 25% of session fee
• Cancellation with more than 7 days' notice: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellation with 3-7 days' notice: 50% refund
• Cancellation with less than 3 days' notice: No refund

Elite Coach Turkey reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund for the affected session.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content provided by Elite Coach Turkey during coaching engagements remain our intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for their personal development or within their organization but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without our express written permission.

Similarly, all content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elite Coach Turkey or our content suppliers and is protected by Turkish and international copyright laws.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. All information shared during coaching engagements is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law or professional ethics.

Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information they receive from Elite Coach Turkey during the coaching engagement.

Elite Coach Turkey may terminate or suspend your access to our services or website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Clients may terminate coaching engagements according to the terms specified in their service agreement. Early termination may be subject to fees as detailed in the service agreement.

All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
